Help please!!!
Had my Thomas Cook flight cancelled on Sunday 9th October departing from Zante airport due to air traffic control strike. I have contacted Thomas Cook in regards to making a claim, but they have said that they are not at fault & we can't claim as the strike was no relation to their company. We were only advised of the flight being cancelled when we arrived at the airport @ 9am Sunday morning. The strikes were suspended the day before Saturday 8th at 8pm as talks had been successful, but Thomas Cook still decided to cancel the flight.
What do I do?
Thanks Tracey
