Help? What can I do if airline deny that flight was delayed over 3 hours

Hi I have recently complained to Jet 2 after our flight was delayed over 3 hours, approximately 3 hours and a half. However Jet 2 have replied stating it was delayed 2 hours 45mins, a friend happened to be on the same flight and she also states that it was definitely an over 3 hour delay. Is there any point in taking this further if Jet 2 deny this and I have no proof? Thanks

    Check the flight details on either flight stats or the Bott and Co flight delay calculator.

    Did it arrive over 3 hours late?
