Ryanair flight delayed by 4 and 1/4 hours with a distance of over 1600km.
Used MSE resolver form.
Ryanair replied 2 days later admitting liability and attaching a letter asking for bank details in order to send payment.
Before I send my bank details off I want verification of these two email addresses. I have tried to get it from ryanair customer services but have had no response.
The information I'm after is:
Are these two email addresses genuine ?
