yep, as per my other post. I used the mse template letter and emailed it to germania. I'll keep you updated and appreciate if you'd reciprocate if you didn't mind.0 -

Kuepper,
We emailed again yesterday 7 june, attaching our original email sent to Germania 1 June, also attached screenshot taken on friday night 29 may of arrival time at Manchester Airport at 8pm.
the email address we were given by Germania head office was
customer.relations@germania.aero
is this the same as the one you sent to ?0 -

no I sent mine to servicecenter@germania.aero which I got from http://www.flygermania.de/en/services/contact/general-information-service-and-booking/#kontaktmenu2 . It hasn't come back as undeliverable so assume it arrived.
when you say you contacted head office, was that in Germany on the number given on the above link? I may phone Olympic and ask for appropriate Germania email (though Olympic don't have an email for their customer services, it's post only).
Have now received an apologetic letter from Olympic saying Germania said the delay was due to 'extraordinary circumstances' beyond their control.0 -
2013 Archers: I contacted the ECC(European Consumer Centre) [+44(0)1268 886 690 (lines open 10am - 3pm) ] who said they would contact Germania on my behalf. They gave me a reference number to quote for my complaint and said just send them [ecc@tsi.org.uk] a copy of what I'd sent Germania and make sure I include all the information required on EU Air Passenger Rights Complaint Form accessed on rhs of page at http://www.ukecc.net/popular/Air-Travel.cfm
ECC also said ignore 6 weeks mentioned on EU Air Passenger Rights Complaint Form so i've sent a copy of completed form to Greek aviation authority at d1d@hcaa
0 -
