Our BA flight from Lima to Gatwick was delayed 6 hours in June. I used Resolver to complain to BA who consistently denied the flight was covered by EU legislation. I then appealed to CEDR as advised by MSE & within 3 weeks got a cheque for £529 per flight. It is a pain but if you think you're right, keep going, it is worth it.
