ASL France delayed flight claim - what next?
We submitted a claim form to ASL France for a delayed flight which we took from Aberdeen to Mallorca in September. I received a confirmation email back to say that our forms had been…

Flight Right Calculator data
Who puts the information on the Flight Right Calculator site recommended by MSE for checking historical flight delay? My daughter's flight way back in November 2013 was due to arrive in Cancun at 14.10hrs but sat on the ground at Gatwick for almost 5 hours. The site shows a 'presumably' scheduled arrival time of 20:25hrs,…

Need HELP - Struck betweenUnregulated AIRFAIR & AI
Claim Compensation Companies are meant to help you relieve the stress and avoid being ripped off by airlines. Using the European Small Claims Procedure
Can we have a separate thread for this? I've waded through 15 pages of the Ryanair thread to try to find out how to claim. Maybe people who've used it can contribute here? In my case, I need to use it to get Iberia to acknowledge a judgement in my favour from AESA, the Spanish regulator. My delayed flight was from Madrid…

Delay compensation on flight originating in Spain
My flight was from Gatwick to Panama City via Madrid. It was the second leg from Madrid which was delayed, but all the UK claims companies I've contacted* are unable to deal with flights such as mine, which didn't take off or land in the UK. The company I found in Spain which was representing me, has gone bust, so I need…

Gate28 claim company- still in existence?
Following a long delay with Iberia (Madrid to Panama City) in 2016, I attempted to claim directly from the airline. Although AESA judged that the airline was responsible, Iberia refused to pay. UK based agents said that they were unable to take the case because the flight originated in Spain, and suggest I used Gate28…

Find out flight times
I had a flight this weekend that was meant to leave at Amsterdam 9.05pm and arrive in the UK at 9.15pm. We didn't board until 10.20pm and then sat on the tarmac for 2 hours until around 12.20am. I couldn't remember the time we landed but we arrived at the car park at around 1.40am so my guess was 12.40am as it didn't feel…
