List of delayed flight claims for the same flight

I am getting close to a court date with Thomas Cook.
I know they have paid out already for someone that was on the same flight and even have the court ruling for that case. I know this doesn't necessarily mean I will win my case. However I would like to know how many other cases there have been and the outcomes as I will ask the question with the intention of highlighting why they are making me go to court if they have already paid out in other cases and also if CEDR have paid out I will get my claim looked at again.
Does anyone know how I could obtain this information, I have asked CEDR to provide this information under the Freedom of Information Act but they have told me this only applies to Public Authorities.
I know there is at least 2 others on this website and I have sent them private messages but not sure if they are still active on here.
I would also like to know if I ask Thomas Cook this question in court whether they are obliged to know this information and present the answer in court.
Any advice would be appreciated as I am trying to take as much information / evidence with me to court.

You can request that the court/judge, I believe, to request this information prior to the court hearing, especially if you know that other passengers have been paid out.
The specialist courts, such as Liverpool, tend to request details of any other payments made on a particular flight. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Other Courts are starting to give the same direction about other claims on the same flight0

Sorry Legal Magpie can you explain what you mean ?
Are you saying if one court has already ruled one way then any other claim that proceeds that should be ruled exactly the same way ?0 -
No, but the Courts are trying to get all claims relating to the same flight heard together. The airlines are being ordered to disclose details of any other issued claims arising out of the same flight.0
