flightdelayexpert.co.uk not responding

In August 2017 I went with flightdelayexpert.co.uk after them being recommended by a friend to claim for a delayed flight in summer 2016. At first, communication was great and I spoke on the phone and had contact via email with them numerous times. However since October I haven't heard from them after trying to contact them through email, phone call and their facebook page for an update. I'm not sure what to do as I know i can't put forward a claim with another company for the same delay but I haven't heard from flightdelayexpert in 6 months after several attempts to make contact. Can anyone offer me any advice? Thanks.

    Like most things MSE, using firms like this is quite against the ethos of the site. Even asking about them can end badly.

    If you look in the appropriate forum, you will learn how to do it all yourself. :)

    I wouldn't recommend that. If compensation is paid out directly to the OP the company he asked to handle his case may come after him for payment.

    Write a final letter to the company with proof of postage giving them 2 weeks to acknowledge your reply and provide a progress report otherwise any agreement with said company is terminated with immediate effect. If they don't respond you are then free to make your own claim.
