Resolver success - Qantas cancellation

Options
Thanks to the Resolver template, 2 x 600 euros received from Qantas within a week. This flight was cancelled at check-in. It was for Technical reasons, and we were given a day room & meals, and put on alternative flight with another airline 8 hours later.

Thanks to MSE, Resolver and Qantas for making it all work smoothly.

    I know that Qantas were only following regulations but well done to them. Makes a refreshing change, other airlines should take a leaf out of their book. They have obviously set the standard.

    I agree that it was good that Qantas paid up within a week of the claim being made but it should be obligatory for airlines to pay out to all passengers in these circumstances without the need for a claim. This will only happen if there is stronger legislation
