Hi, today I received a bill for January which had charges from 2022 included. These charges were reversed, however it seems very odd. Are E.on trying to manipulate their 2022 figures somehow? Has anyone else had this?

Moving from Octopus Flexible to Outfox The Market Feb 1 Year Fix
Can I pick and choose my direct debit amount like Octopus? I used to credit the account with say £500 and set my DD to £1 and let the credit dwindle down after every meter reading... How can I do something similar with this company? Seems like I cannot?

Meter Profile Class change
Has anyone been through a meter profile class change? I'm in a property that used to have an Economy 7/dual rate meter which I've since had changed to a smart meter, I also got my energy provider (OVO) to give me a single tariff rate for both the peak and off peak readings. I've asked them to change my meter profile to…

Being charged above the price cap
I don't know if I'm missing something but yesterday I was looking at switching my energy supplier and when inputting the figures I looked into the current price cap and discovered that Eonnext have been charging me above the price cap, or so it seems to me. I haven't had a really good look yet to see how far back this…

Choice to Make
Hi, my fixed tariff with EDF ends on the 31st March. My annual gas usage is 11837kwh & electric 2179kwh. EDF are offering 2 tariffs, a one year tracker extra at £129.37 per month or a two year fix at £135.60 per month. I'm not sure which one to choose as the tracker cost will change with the price cap whereas the fix will…

Smart meter doesn't send info to supplier
I was forced to have a smart meter for electricity by Ovo last year, after a short time the meter stopped sending info. It was installed in a cupboard / alcove and I guess that the signal wasn't strong enough. After several visits to sort it out Ovo gave up and told me to send manual readings. In August I switched to…
