    Would you like to live in either country? Much lower average annual incomes and lower life expectancy in both countries than in the UK.

    OK - I've looked. Now allowing that neither country compares on any level with living in the UK, neither country is somewhere I would wish to live, and you haven't compared ANY other costs of living in either country, what are we to gain by looking at their electricity prices?
