Mail.com not receiving incoming mail. Anyone else? (seems GMX.co.uk is the same people)
For the past month or so my mail.com email address (ending in @graffiti.net) is no longer receiving incoming mail (and outgoing mail is not working too).I only realised this today today, and it looks identical to the gmx.co.uk email portal that is sometimes recommended on here.. Anyone else have any issues with mail.com?…

OneStream double price increase
OneStream have added 28% to my direct debit this month. Here is their trick: - my contract says £17.95 for 12 months - but my monthly invoices say £35.90 less a promotional discount of £17.95 (not mentioned at all in the contract) The RPI+3% price increase has been applied to the first amount and not the promotion. Hi all, my contract with Shell Energy Broadband expires on 12th June, but in the contract it says that even after the minimum period I must give 30 days notice to cancel. Which providers will let me keep my home phone?
Coming to the end of a Plusnet broadband contract, I'm on a bit of a learning curve about VoIP, full fibre and who does what. I understand that if Plusnet installs full fibre, they disconnect my home phone, but I'm nervous of losing it. I never phone out, but a couple of people ring me on it because it would be expensive…

City Fibre - Routing of cable
I would like to have FTTP installed. It would be via City Fibre as the connection is on the pathway on the edge of the property. The property is detached. My neighbour had FTTP installed recently and the contractors routed the cable to his front door. This is not convenient to me as my master (BT) socket is at the back of…

UK and France access to fibre network
In a very small French village we have been offered FTTC fibre. In the UK, in a major city, on a main road, we’re still waiting to hear if Open Reach can provide it. Meanwhile, our broadband speeds get slower and slower as different providers keep swapping the cables in the nearest cabinet. Progress huh?

Shell Energy Broadband is moving to TalkTalk - can I get out of contract?
I am with Shell Energy Broadband and I've had an email saying my broadband will be switched to TalkTalk next month as the company has been bought out by Octopus. I only have about 44 days remaining on my contract, but I was wondering if this would be grounds to leave early? I'd rather not go through switching to one…
