    EE and BT are separate companies to start with, so which do you have an issue with?

    The main complaint was with BT, although I'm now with EE and it's moved on.

    Short answer No , longer answer , contact ( in writing ) the executive level complaints , they then contact you , obviously if you are an EE customer, it’s nothing to do with BT , even if you moved from BT to EE
