Shell Energy Broadband is moving to TalkTalk - can I get out of contract?

I am with Shell Energy Broadband and I've had an email saying my broadband will be switched to TalkTalk next month as the company has been bought out by Octopus.
I only have about 44 days remaining on my contract, but I was wondering if this would be grounds to leave early? I'd rather not go through switching to one provider, just to switch again shortly afterwards.

Shell broadband was a white label of Talktalk so you won't be switching as you've always been on the Talktalk network1
