Been with Now for a couple of years, no major issues. Couple of drop outs on the router in the last six months but less than five minutes. Wifi coverage is not great but I use a Mesh system so don't rely on the Now router.Average speed around 65-68 Mbps. £25 per month.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Service great - router terrible but it's a worthwhile investment getting your own anyway so you can be confident changing between providers knowing your wifi/network will be unchanged.
