Balance and money transfer
In line with what I have been reading about balance transfers and purchases with different promotion endings, am I right in assuming that the amount I have paid into my account will go first in clearing my money transfer deal, when it ends in one year, and then on to my balance transfer deal, which ends in two years?

£1100 cashback for a valid Life Insurance policies with monthly premiums of £250+
Please feel free to direct this to the correct forum. I am considering "stoozing" the above Quidco/Beagle Street offer solely for the free £1100 and even cancelling the life insurance to get my initial premium back: will it work and of what should I be aware?

Credit Card Strategy - Hi CL, Lo to 0 usage over 5 cards
Hi, I have a £25K CL over 5 cards. I'm about to pay off the £4K 0% usage. Is it best to merge credit limits onto one card if I have 2 with one bank and get shot of all the others I'm not using with other providers? Or just sit tight on the £25K CL and wait for 0% transfer deals to come back? Thanks! S

Credit Card Refund Help
I recently purchased a mountain bike from a well known outdoors shop for the price of £1699. I paid for the mountain bike using my 'Tesco' Mastercard. Discovering several faults with the bike, I had to return it to the store after less than a week, and as it could not be satisfactorily repaired, the manager of the store…

Working out interest deal
Hi guys, I need some help. My CC company have offered me 2 money transfer deals. The one I would normally opt for is the 0% interest free (albeit it's for a shorter period). The second one is 4.9% interest p.a. over 48 months with a 0% fee. The amount I'd borrow is £5580. The 48 month appeals. My brain is having a rough…

0% no-fee BT cards disappearing?
Is it just me, or have a lot of the 0% no-fee BT cards disappeared lately? I can only find Sainsbury's, NatWest (RBS), Halifax and Santander, all of which I already have. All the rest seem to have withdrawn their fee-free 0% offerings, unless I've missed any? Throughout my Stoozing career, I've never bothered with cards…

Stoozing effect on Credit Score
I'm in the early stages of looking to get a mortgage. I've got a copy of my credit report and the credit agreement section is "amber". I'm not entirely sure why - I had one late payment in 2016. However, my partner had one late payment in 2019 and is in the green. Is it possible that the two credit cards on 0% interest are…

Goodwill credit on halifax credit card statement
I have a closed halifax credit card account that I’ve been paying off for some time now. I’ve been paying sufficient to keep the account out of the definition of “persistent debt” And today I’ve received a letter saying that they’ve reduced my interest rate to 0% and credited £600 to my account as a good Will gesture.…

How can I maximise chance that new credit limit will match old?
I recently took out a 0% credit card from Virgin Money, and was given what I think is a very generous credit limit. When the 20 month period is over, I anticipate I'll be at or near this limit and will want to transfer the whole balance to another 0% card. But it's struck me that, for a brief period, this involves having…

End of Contract during lockdown
Hi all, I have had a 24 month contract with Three for an iPad with data that came to an end of 4th April. They have said that they have noted…
