Event rescheduled but not offering refunds

Hi, looking for some advise. I purchased tickets before the pandemic for an outdoor event in august through live promotions. When I purchased the tickets the t&cs stated no ticket refunds. They have rescheduled the date for October and I cannot attend due to work commitments. Am I entitled to a refund? Will my bank do chargeback? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

Maybe you can get a refund. Have you ever contacted the customer support team? You can let them know about your case and ask them to arrange a refund for your tickets.-1
