Aqua Denies Deal

I recently applied for an aqua credit card featured on your weekly e mail. It specifically stated that I was pre approved and the deal was 6 months interest free and a 3% fee.
I clicked the link and applied, when I got the card I actioned a balance transfer on line and waited.
My statement arrived today with an interest charge on it, I phoned them  obviously to enquire and they are refusing to honour the interest free period stating that there was no such offer.
My credit agreement states 6 months interest free when advised unfortunately in none of their e mails to me during the application process does it mention a promotional fee.
Do I have any re course or do I just put down to experience and try to raise the cash to pay it off.
Or do I have a case with the FCA although I no longer have the weekly e  mail from Martin to prove what I saw.

I've gone back to the beginning of August and there is no mention of Aqua in any of those emails.
There IS an Aqua 0% offer, it's still open in fact, so I don't see how they can deny that there is a 0% offer, although perhaps they are not denying that but are denying there was one that was preapproved (and I suspect they're right.)

Are you sure it's a credit agreement that says this?  I find it hard to believe Aqua would deny it when you have a copy of a credit agreement explicitly stating it?

I  maybe was not   clear. I went on the tool to check eligibility and it was once I had entered  my details it stated I was pre approved for 2 different cards, one with 5 months interest free and the aqua with 6  months but a slightly larger fee.
The credit agreement wording is 30.35%  or 34.95%  promotional rate 0% or as we let you know at the time  which is gibearish to me. All I know is the MSE email when I applied stated 6 months 0%, it's the only reason I applied for the card  my own banks credit card that I trasfered it from is only 10.9%

What MSE said is immaterial, it's what's in your credit agreement that matters.

When did he say it?  I can't find any mention of it going back to the beginning of July.

Edit: I have every weekly email going back to 2009. The last time Aqua was mentioned was 24/09/19, and it wasn't a 0% deal, it was the Aqua Reward card.

Pre approval based on a made up number.  When you applied you wont have got the offer and you clearly thought you did.

Probably.  Found this which sounds similar in wording to what the OP quoted..
