Hi
i recently opened a Santander credit card to transfer a balance after seeing an offer on MSE offering I think it was an M&S gift card (£30?)
I did notice that shortly afterwards the Santander card was still there but no mention of the gift card.

I contacted Santander yesterday as I hadnt received the card and they told me no such offer ever existed?
Does anyone have any info about this?

It was an Amazon £20 gift card.

But you need to wait 90 days. Santander staff won’t know anything about it as it will be processed by a third party.1
