ppi success
Have had a letter from RBS offering over £250 for mis-sold ppi dating from 1997-2005. Was so close to using a claims company until I re-read your newsletter and decided that I could do it myself and not give some stranger 30%! Now very glad that I did. Thank you.

Packaged Accounts

Financial Ombudsman appearing at a circus near you
I've just had the Financial Ombudsman make a decision against me and my complaint with RBS based on him being able to 'read my mind' and making 'assumptions' about what I 'might have said' and 'might have done' 15 years ago using documents I've never seen. I didn't know that this was a legitimate process and methods for…

Hi I think that this company has been discussed a few times on here, and just wanted to let people know of my recent success with them. I had about £300 of charges, and with the 8% interest it came to about £500. I reclaimed these (combination of £20 and £12 charges) and to be fair Ace responded very quickly and offered…

Is it worth trying?
Between 2009-2011 I went through a rough money patch. I was on benefits & basically living off nothing. I was paying a horrific amount to a door step lender each week, so did not leave a lot.
