I had several claims against the TSB which were due to be heard in court all those years ago but 1 week before the court date the announcement came out ruling that the bank charges were not bring paid back and so my claims were never heard. With the recent case do you think there…

I have been receiving charges from HSBC on a regular basis for some years. I had been relying on their text alerts to let me know when I had gone over my overdraft limit and then paying money in if I had it to bring my account back within it's limit. I called them this week to question that I hadn't received a text to tell…

Am I too late to claim back excessive credit card charges?
Hi I had some problems with a credit card some years ago, partly because of the huge charges they were adding when I got into trouble. It made me really ill each time I had to phone or write to them, and once I had paid off everything I tried to put the whole issue out of my mind. I feel the charges were unfair and…
