hm forces recovery of package accounts

Hi, im a little confused. over 2 years ago i claimed back all my account charges and overdraft fees through MSE, and received over £1900. however ive just heard we can reclaim our missold package account fees. as they do not apply to HM Forces and we should never have had them. But have i already claimed these back through my bank charges. it was ages ago and i never kept the paprwork. or would this have been included in what i already claimed. so confused and blonde!!!!

I suppose there could be some things on a packaged account that dont apply to some HM forces personnel.

What would be the things that dont apply to you? (and that would form part of your complaint)

  • Apparently as were out of the country for more then 40% of the time, (uk waters, was classed as out of country), therefor, the phone insurance wasnt valid. The holiday insurance, wasnt valid as it wouldnt have paid out, because we are armed forces, and insurance for personnal belongings (laptops, gadgets), wouldnt cover us at sea, as this is not uk land. This is what ive been told, navy dits are great however..... I have already claimed back the charges, that you all (£1900) woop woop. but im not sure if these package accounts were in what i recieved back. it was like 4 years ago! Should i just phone them, in total honesty there were excellent at the bank charges, 1 phone call, lasted 10 minutes 4 weeks later it was in the bank. 3 x more then i expected. any help greatly appreciated:o
