CPP reclaim

I've tried to phone CPP about my policy but the number given ......08000 43 83 93 is unobtainable as is the number from CPP. I want to send a claim form but don't have one & don't have a current address for CPP. Help, anyone?

I wonder if anyone can help, my father who is a pensioner has received a cpp reclaim letter that I am going to send off for him but he doesn't know the reason he is eligible for compensation. Any help would be great fully received.0
