Tesco International Calling
I use Tesco International calling and a month ago calls to Ireland landlines was 1P a minute and 1.5P a minute to mobiles IIRC. I now notice they have ramped up to 3P and 3.5P per minute, that's a big increase. Can anyone advised a good cheap way of making International calls please?

Weird email from Netflix. Could this be genuine or a possible scam
I have had an email from Netfix saying that 'A new device is using your account on Windows 10' and the location given is about 40 miles from where we live and not somewhere we go or know anyone. It also says the location may not be accurate. It goes on to say 'If it is you then have you watched Young Sherlock yet' the 'If…

Can’t cancel BT broadband and home rental
Mum moved into a nursing home on Monday and I’ve called BT today to cancel the broadband and home line at her flat. Although I’m on their system as third party contact and have previously discussed everything about the account, it seems this doesn’t allow me to close the account, this requires her to physically speak to…

VM Contract ending
I got a Broadband only deal with VM for £19 per month for 100MB Fibre Optic, I noticed it’s due to end on the 16th August 2023; after which it will jump up to £44, so I’ll definitely have to change it as that’s way to high for me, I probably don’t need 100mb anyway, all I want it for is streaming mainly, for the usual…

Move to Voip for home line
I understand everyone on BT/Openreach will need to move to digital services such as VOIP, or buy an adapter for their analogue phone by 2025. A friend in Worthing told me she received a free digital handset from BT when they changed her over, although I'm not sure of the details. Is it worth buying a new handset or adapter…

Will my call blocker "thingie" be impacted by the coming PSTN switch off?
Happy weekend everyone,I've used a CPR call blocker box for several years and this is brilliant at blocking nuisance/scam calls and any numbers that I choose to program in. This box plugs into my BT landline phone socket and my phone plugs into the box. I've heard about the coming PSTN switchoff in 2025 and I have a…

Dodgy Terms when Moving House with Talk Talk
Hi, I'm in the process of moving home, and trying to move over my broadband. I have 11 months left, and have been told by their online system that I can't transfer my current 'deal', so have to start a new one. Not the end of the world, as only 6 months longer than the current one, and only slightly more. However, when I…

SKY HD £8.00 per month!!!
Noticed that my sky subscription is going up again. Fair enough that businesses themselves aren't immune from rising costs but is it just me that thinks Sky charging £8.00 per month for 'HD', which has been around for 20 odd years, is an absolute RIP OFF!! Currently paying £4.00 pm for HD and I thought that was bad, but…

Virginmedia Lost my Emails

If you don't pay for TV licence or pay over the deadline, will they charge you more?
Are fines, enforced? It just seems like such a waste of money, wanna ditch it but do watch it from time to time. Got a day to pay before dealine. Will price go up if it goes over?
