Asda mobile
Recently sent a bulk text to some volunteers within my church group. Not long after I received a message to say I had exceeded the number of daily text messages. Fair enough, didn’t realise that was a thing. However I have received a text telling me my number will be disconnected due to breaching Asda mobile T&C’s. And to…

My iphone 13 mini is starting to play up and I really don't want to pay silly apple prices for a new phone. How much…

EE Faulty Handset Problems
I bought a new Samsung handset as part of a contract through EE online about 6 weeks ago and it has developed a screen fault (manufacturing fault, not accidental damage), however, on contacting EE both over the phone and instore, they have not been willing to offer me a replacement handset in a way that also allows me to…

There must be SOMEONE better than 02!
I have been a customer of O2 for well over 20 years and just cannot believe the depths to which it has sunk recently. I have (had) for telephone numbers with them for four varying reasons. Recently upgraded to iPhone 15 pro plus and decided that dual sims would be the way to go. It will be too lengthy to go into detail…

Problem getting sim replaced
People I call say they can't hear me clearly. Samsung said: clean the sim. Did that, still the same. Samsung said: replace the sim. But Smarty say they'll suspend the service when I order a replacement, and restore it when I get the new sim and register it, whatever. The suspension is highly inconvenient. Any thoughts?

£1500 mobile bill with o2
Back in December 2023, a relative's mobile bill went from £20 to £1520. After investigation with o2, it appeared that two four-hour phone calls were made to Sri Lanka within one minute of each other around midnight. No one could explain how this could possibly have happened, then the owner of the phone started to get calls…

o2 Customer Service.
Just a quick one. Don't know who is supposed to be running o2 mobile but it reminds me of the current tale of woe that has beset Post Office and Paula Vennells and her cohorts. Suffice to say that I've had enough of their dreadful response when you contact them. Whether or not you're happy to deal with Indian based…

Offers from pay monthly VOXI,SMARTY etc to rejoin
Hi all I am going to transfer to VOXI from EE at the end of December. If I get a basic VOXI monthly SIM now for a couple of months, what are the chances of getting a come back offer for the end of the year! I got an offer from Smarty after about three months of cancelling, and then a fantastic data only offer about a year…

Hello all, I hope someone can assist. My phone is a Moto G7 Power. The phone was working as normal this morning. I went out at half 8 and got back around 10. The phone was left on the side at home. Strikethrough on Galaxy calendar
I have the calandar that comes as standard with Galaxy phones. The icon is blue and it has a lower case 'a' on it. I'm trying to work out how to strike through an entry that has been cancelled rather than deleting it. It's my private phone and nobody else has access to my calendar. I know that this can be done as I had two…

EE cancel without charge
I'd recommend anyone on EE to check their messages as I got one which meant I could cancel my sim only contract early without charge so i've gone from £30 per month to £15 per month with £75 cash back with Three. I've copied over the general gist of the message as I can't see anyone mentioning this on the forum and I can't…
