Are RWG Mobile still in Business?

I heard that people got their free/cheap plans disconnected.

Are they still working for people who have monthly or PAYG plans?

My PAYG seems to be fine (still like to get the £25 credit refunded somehow....)

My free service also working fine.
Added a bundle by text for roaming in the e u.
Worked fine, no issues at all, roaming on orange

My free plan stopped working in February 2025, but the prepaid 2-yr plan worked until a few days ago.

RWG have failed to respond to any enquiry.

To get a reply from RWG you need to go on NOW MOBILE live chat. 
Go on website,and press the green live chat option.

Was that on ee or 3? There does seem to be more of a problem with the gamma sims on 3 as nowmobile don't do the back office on them.

On EE. 

I took the good advice about NowTel chat and they told me that I had used my allowances - true for data but not calls/sms. But calls then started working again immediately afterwards.  I suspect the two events my be connected but obviously no evidence.

For which sim? And were you able to receive calls and texts? Did the phone tell you no sim/ no service/ invalid sim?
