RWG - When does a 24 month SIM actually end?
I have an RWG 24 month SIM card which was purchased on 18/06/23, so I would expect it to end around 18/06/25. Oddly though, the monthly allowance has always been reset on the 2nd of each month. So it has reset today, but when I text 'info ukrwg24' to 669, rather than getting a text detailing how much of my bundle is remaining I just get 'You have no matching bundles'.
Does anybody know if this is just a quirk of the system (i.e. ukrwg24 can't cope with the final partial month) or has the 24 month SIM actually ended? It still appears to make/receive calls, though that could perhaps be due to the SIM having a small amount of credit on it.
I should perhaps add that I've been unable to find the relevant T&Cs on the RWG website.

You can find out your contract end date by texting INFO to 85075 to find this out without requesting a PAC or STAC switching code

Thanks, that gets me: "Your current balance is £x.xx. You don't have any active bundles."Frozen_up_north said:You can find out your contract end date by texting INFO to 85075 to find this out without requesting a PAC or STAC switching code
which presumably implies that it has already ended???
Stompa0 -
Sorry, the 85075 number is a generic one that should work for any network. I am with 1p Mobile on a non contract 30 day rolling basis and that text doesn’t result in a response.0

OK, thanks anyway.Stompa0

The RWG service is provided by NOW Mobile who apparently seem to have taken over running the RWG service according to a few other posts I've seen. If you want info or CS then probably best to go to the NOW Mobile website and use Chat or Phone/Text/email their CS. That seems to have worked for some that had problems.0

Thanks, I did query it with RWG support but got no response. Either way I've now ported the number to another provider, so it's no longer a problem.Phones4Chris said:The RWG service is provided by NOW Mobile who apparently seem to have taken over running the RWG service according to a few other posts I've seen.
