I used to send ebay Tracked 48 returns from the Post Office but the label seems to state I should bring it to the Royal Mail. Has anything changed or can I still send these returns from a Post Office?

Do you check when you sent it recorded/tracked whether it is delivered within time limit? I know people check to ensure item does get delivered.
