Hi, sold a brand new jumper on ebay that had a size sticker when folded on it. Buyer received item and proceeded to take sticky size label off and has emailed me to say that when removing the size label it brought the wool away and has left the jumper bobbley. I have a no returns policy but buyer asking if I would accept a return as a faulty item.
Looking for suggestions as how to proceed with this one - looking for a fair result for both of us.
Many thanks in advance.

What you've put there suggests to me that their careless tearing the sticker off was at fault, not the jumper.

Thank you - drafted up a reply to buyer stating could not accept a return in the pretext of garment being faulty as was in perfect condition when I posted it and was received in perfect condition. Should I just leave it at that or Was wondering if I should offer a little discount just to keep buyer happy? or can anyone suggest what I should do ??
