eBay - Refund buyer, Item broken, Return not required - Will seller fees be refunded?
Just a quick Q i'm not sure about - basically sold an item that was broken on arrival, and no point in returning it. I'm happy to refund the buyer, but when he emailed me about the item he just said refund me; in order to get my fees back (I assume i will) he will have to start the official return an item process? The…

Would these stamps be valid?
I've got some stamps securely glued onto their backing. There's plenty of tips for unsticking them, but I'm not sure if they will come off without ripping them. Is it valid to cut out the stamps with the backing on using scissors, and stick that onto an envelope with glue?
