Ebay Hack

My ebay account has been hacked. I received emails form ebay asking me to contact them if the changes were not mine but in some way the hacker has blocked my email so that I get error messages. There is no ebay email or live telephone to call and enquiries using other emails just get the automated response.
As such there seems to be no way that I can tell ebay about the problem but the hacker has started listing items for sale so I expect that I will be getting distressed emails form the buyers who have been defrauded shortly.
Can anyone advise me as to what I should do next?

  • Thank you, but the clever thing about this hack is they have managed to block tne Contact Us option for my email address (Something has gone wrong, try again later).
    I will try spoof@ebay again.

    I will try spoof@ebay again.

Are you clicking 'contact us' through the email? Or direct from the site?
Have you tried emailing from another address? The error message is probably ebay side, rather than a block caused by the scammer.
