How do I charge a buyer for a second postal attempt

I sent an item to a buyer, using EVRi to a collection point at his local store. It turns out the store does not accept parcels from EVRi.
I understand the parcel is being returned to me
The buyer has given me a new address and said he will pay for the new delivery, which I appreciate, but I don't know how to arrange this. How do I invoice the buyer ?
Any help would be appreciated
