Yep, again !
Just a heads-up to those that didn't know, i've used the site for years and i didn't.
I've recently discovered something about their messaging system - there are 2 ways/methods to do it.
You can send a message via the specific item's area....
Or, you can send a message via the sellers profile area.
This might account for messages being missed/not being answered - i sent 2 to a seller recently having discovered the latter feature - they too didn't know there was 2 routes to the messaging system.
When you're in your messages area the 2 messages are listed as 2 completely separate entities, displaying them as if it were 2 different sellers.
As i said, just something to note to us, out there, that didn't realise it.
