Ebay and car buyer protection...

Ive seen a car for sale on ebay, (2011, 100,000 miles, £2000) which would do me but the listing has a "refund 14 days"  in the listing, are vehicles covered by Ebay now?, it would be a bank transfer or cash, seller says "no warranty given or implied"...

Motor vehicles are excluded from eBay Money Back Guarantee.

If the listing says 14 days in the returns box at the bottom of the description area that's the seller offering 14 days change of mind rather than for something going wrong.

You'd probably be able to open a returns request but I would assume unless the seller agrees eBay won't offer support if you ask them to "step in" for help and either way there isn't any cover for cash of bank transfer payments.
