Posting to a postal locker/store collection
I’ve some friends who are touring UK in a campervan for a celebration. They’ve given me their route/schedule and I want to send some surprises to them that they can collect along the way. Initial suggestion was that I could post to an InPost locker and send them the code but the InPost app suggests that’s not currently an…

Best option for return and refund of £1,000 Hifi?
As title, I buyer I don't entirely trust has kicked off and messaged me a £1,000 Hifi "smells of burning". There is a possibility it was damaged in transit by Parcelforce - sent insured up to £1,500, and it's not just buyer's remorse. What's the best option of organising a return and refund once the item has been checked?…
