Parcel sent via Ebay postage not received
I sent a parcel last week via Ebay's postage which is supposed to inform the buyer of the purchase. It didn't. I dropped the parcel in a Royal mail parcel drop box and videoed myself doing so for proof. How do I proceed as this was last Friday and the estimated delivery date was 30th Sept ?

Hi I purchased item on eBay which included VAT and had free shipping from Japan. I chose the option to "pay import duties now" rather than on delivery.
