How do I print out eBay postal label invoice ?

I have just started using the ebay system to print off labels for EVRi and Royal Mail and I must admit, the system is quick and works well   .. I don't know why I didn't do it before 

However, I'm not too sure on the best way to download the label invoice.

It seems to take quite a while for the invoice to be generated, so a quick print out isn't possible.

Now today, I made 4 labels, so want an invoice, but the only way I can find is one by one, via the 'orders' page

This is OK, but there is surely a way of doing them all on a single invoice. If I posted off 10 items (ha !) would I have to print out 100 invoices one by one

Just to clarify, what sort of invoice are you looking to do? 

I just print my labels , I don’t use QR codes if you mean codes, and my items just go to the PO where each is given a till receipt as POP , or to the mail centre where I use a bulk proof of posting which I complete freehand.

For my Evri sales I just stick my labels on and take them to the Evri shop and get a receipt.

I printed a label at home the other day for EVRi, using the ebay system

After maybe 30 minutes, I was able to download and print off an invoice, made payable to Auctane, whoever they are .. they're in Spain actually.

Now today I have printed 4 labels .. 2 for EVRi and 2 for RM  48hr service. I handed them in to my local PO and got tracking the small receipts, but I want the receipt showing the price. I could do it one by one, but was wondering if there was a way to do several, with one click of a button .. I paid for the 4 labels as one transaction.

I see, i can't help then as I don't print out my postage details on either my business or private accounts. On my business I just note how many LLs or parcels I have sent and add the total postage to my books. For my private sales I obviously don't need to know so don't bother.

A couple of days ago I printed off a Royal Mail 2nd class label for a parcel.

Is there any way I can get a receipt for this ?

Previously I have printed EVRi and RM 48hr labels and I can get receipts for these, but a normal 2nd class label, that's not possible. I even contacted eBay today and the person there didn't know.

If I purchased a 20p widget, I could look under purchases and print off a receipt, but a £3+ label I can't

When you post it you should be able to get proof of postage from the Post Office with the parcel reference number, if that's what you're needing?

Yes, I did get a proof of posting from the P.O., but it doesn't give a price.

All I want is the ability to prove that I spent £3.35 with Royal Mail, through the eBay system.

If I sold 10 similar items (ha ! as if) I would like some way of proving when I had spent £33.50

Ah, I see, sorry I didn't realise that's what you needed - although I've now seen your post from a few days ago, lesson learned to glance up the thread for more context next time. 

Does eBay maybe give anything like itemised monthly statements to show payments and expenses?  (Genuinely asking because I don't know, I haven't sold anything since before managed payments came in let alone with simple delivery!)

It’s not an invoice but if I click on order details in the app, at the bottom it has What the buyer paid & What you earned.  In the what you earned section it includes what I paid EBay for postage label as a negative so you could screen shot / print that ?

Many thanks .. yes, I've found that.

I did a screenshot, sent to myself on Wattsapp, copied the 'image' onto a file and printed it out ..

Yep, it works .. but surely there should be an easier way.

Maybe I'll just stick with RM 48hr courier, as I can print out an invoice easily with that service.

Are you registered as a private seller or a business? If as a business I could understand ebay being able to split earnings from postage expenditure. If as a private seller maybe not. However if you use simple delivery (buyer pays option) you don't handle the postage cost so your earnings should only be the item selling price.
