I just noticed that earlier this morning I received feedback - luckily positive, saying how badly I had packed an item and it was a wonder nothing was broken. Nothing wrong with that of course, except I didn't actually send the item until lunchtime today - so I think I have one very muddled buyer!

Yep, it seems they've left feedback for some other account. I don't fancy your chances of getting them to revise it. But once you reply to it, it can't be changed or removed. Just message them to see if they can revise it. They have that option if they can navigate the process. But if you reply that this feedback was left in error, they can't change it.

I'm not bothered about getting it changed, it's a positive and will just add to my total and won't even be noticed.
