Parcel missing, best way to get compensation from Royal Mail?

I last made a claim from Royal Mail well before Covid when I downloaded a form and sent it off by post.
What is the process these days?
I purchased the postage online from Royal Mail - large letter over 100g. Posted at post office (proof of posting obtained).
Not a very expensive item but I will try claiming. Will probably get a book of stamps!
How do I claim?

Thank you Ballisticbrian.
Filling in the form now - it is asking me buyers email address which I don't have (it is not on the order form). I can't bypass that box. Any tips as to what to put there?0 -

What order form are you referring to ?0 -
The form has already asked me my email address but now asking recipient's email address.0
-
Anyone? Can you suggest how I can bypass this?0

Since you presumably can't access it via eBay, I'd just put in your own again if it'll let you.0

Go to your order page and use the one on there supplied by eBay. It won’t be the correct one, it will be one of the eBay fudged ones to stop members contacting each other. Something like soolin66£eBaycom@ebay.com . If not, use your one again.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. For the benefit of others who may need to claim in the future -
I ended up entering my own email when they had requested the recipient's email. There were no emails on the order. I checked all my recent sales and none of the orders have buyer's emails.
I sent in the claim at 6pm yesterday (thank you Soolin for last help).
This morning I had an email (sent at 1.29 am!?!) saying they had looked into it and are sending me a book of stamps as compensation.
So good quick result. But now I will be accumulating stamps when the usage has decreased!!0
