I know gumtree is no protection. Caveat emptor and all but I have boycotted ebay on principle that they heavily weight in favour of buyers even if they are scammers. Looking for some advice please. I have shipped a personal effect to a family member in an EU country. I am being told by the courier that I have to pay import and duty charges - the charges are more than what the item is worth. Is this right? Yodel delivery option not visible on Ebay
I generally send parcels by Yodel, mainly because they have a depot right next to my work, so it's very convenient to drop parcels off there. However In the last week I have listed a couple of items, but the Yodel delivery method has disappeared from the options. Am I missing something glaringly obvious?

I got some negative feedback on a sale i made, sorted out the problem and sent a feedback revision request which the buyer agreed to action as soon as he got it. Sent the request 2 days ago and the buyer has received nothing yet, anyone know how long this takes as the request disappears after 10 days.

Royal Mail are unbelievable
I received books of 1st class stamps from Royal Mail for a missing parcel, used the stamps to post another parcel and the recipient got a card from Royal Mail surcharging them £5 because they say the stamps are counterfeit.
