My sister sent me a parcel but it did not arrive, she has a receipt from the post office she sent it from, where does she stand.

What does the tracking say? How long has it been since it was posted? Who was the carrier?
Know what you don't0 -
That depends on a few things
When did she send it? I have had parcels delivered lately which took over 2 weeks to arrive.
What does the tracking say? I have had a few parcels I know were delivered when the tracking has not reflected that.
Has she allowed the correct time for delivery? Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 10 days after its due delivery date.
If she has allowed the correct time then she needs to put a claim in with Royal Mail.0 -

Who is the carrier?
Is the receipt just proof of posting or did she send it tracked?
If she sent it tracked, what does the tracking say?
When did she post it?0 -
As above there are time frames for making a claim. Firstly check the tracking as suggested, then if it doesn't show as delivered and you are within the time frame to start a claim then direct your sister here:
Online Claim
There is a check list of required documentation including a scan of the POP and proof of item value . For standard parcels the limit for a compensation claim is £20 but it's higher if RM48 or RM24 or special delivery was used.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The OP hasn't made it clear which carrier their sister used.
I can post Evri parcels at my local post office.1 -

OP's history suggests they don't update their threads- but hopefully if t wasn't RM then they might come back and update so the advice can be changed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. This line;
"Delivery confirmation at royalmail.com"
suggests it will have delivery confirmation.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Your post is confusing. You ask if it can be tracked and then say you have delivery confirmation?1
