Would neutral feedback be warranted?

I bought an item off an eBay seller last week. The listing stated (and still states) that it would be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48. However, they actually used Evri. I ended up missing the first delivery attempt because I had no idea it was coming by courier later in the day.
Should I use a neutral feedback to inform other buyers that they might not receive the item using Royal Mail?

Given the reported problems that sellers are experiencing with eBay's new Simple Delivery I think you should give the seller the benefit of the doubt. They might have found after choosing Royal Mail in the listing that eBay's system opted them in to Evri instead, it is unrealistic these days to actually believe delivery dates from couriers unless you were offered a service that guarantees a delivery date, unless the item was not as described a neutral is a bit harsh. If you paid a significantly higher price for postage than the service you received you could contact the seller to discuss it, they might offer a partial refund for the difference.3

Yeah i have had the displeasure of using the "simplified" delivery and it is anything but the case.
From buyers changing the courier ( i assume as i have never added Yodel to any listing and it was the label i was given) To incorrectly sized, weighted and covered items.
It's really poorly rolled out so far.Where the !!!! has the Shrug gone!just doesn't cut it...:think::huh: and these don't come close

Personally any one that leaves feedback that is not positive will be blocked from doing business with me in future.
By all means message the seller, I have a lot of items where I originally defaulted to Evri and now use RM48,I get buyers complain its not Evri !.0 -
I'm really loving the humor in this topic! Please keep it up.-1

Funnily enough I got Neutral Feedback yesterday - comment is 'Fine'!
Buyer didn't contact me and left feedback 4 working days after I posted the item, so I have no idea what the issue is, or indeed if there is any issue at all.
Will block them anyway, can't be bothered with any nonsense.1 -
