eBay Glitch "Withdraw" in grey
I have contacted eBay via phone and yes there is a problem paying out your funds unable to say how long it will take to find a answer! see picture "Withdraw" is permantly in grey can not use. I use eBay on my Desk Top and Phone App both still have same problem. Anybody else with this problem?
