Ebay account suspended but Ebay unwilling to declare the reason

For two or three years now I have been happily listing my collection of collectables and selling them off one at a time. I have knocked myself out to be straight and give good service for I wish for the items to be distributed to other individuals who will cherish and enjoy them for years to come. So, 70 items sold and 38 glowing feedback comments, 100% +ve feedback. Extremely successful.
Then, a week ago, suddenly Ebay send me a message telling me they are permanently suspending my account. It declared that the account had contravened the Buyer Abuse Policy but gave no remedial action to recover the account. I have never bought anything using the account, it is exclusively for my collectable sales.
I tried using the chat function and all I got out of them was that the decision had not been taken lightly, that my account posed a threat to their community and that they would not tell me why because the information might be used to circumvent their policy.
This post is to seek any information that might be useful to pursue this issue. All I want to know is what evidence Ebay have used to come to their decision.

What kind of Collectables were you selling?0

More likely it's not about the items you were selling but who your account became associated with, either they used your equipment, e.g. phone or laptop or your home network and logged into a problem eBay account.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. What's your account a personal account or a business account?
if a personal account then a person selling just one sort of thing i.e collectables for an extended period time is likely to look like a business account, and therefore perhaps they closed it because you were running a business from a personal account?3 -

To close him down in the way described suggests wrongdoing somewhere?3 -

In fact eBay rarely just close an account without a warning notice , if you break a minor rule you get a warning that if you do it again your account is at risk. If OP received no previous warnings, not even for a minor Infringement then it is likely that it is something that eBay deem ‘serious’, fraud, or as has already been said, a link to another banned or restricted account. EBay have been known to get it wrong.OP, depending on what your collectables are, have a look at Vinted, more and more categories are beginning to be allowed, now they have ornaments, coins, trading cards… keep your wits about you on there as I think there are more scammers than on eBay, but I also think they are easier to spot.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Are your listings auction or buy-it-now? If auction then what is the typical bid pattern? Have you had many retractions? Ebay may suspect that another account has been pushing bids up, and that could be 'buyer abuse'1

I suspect this is another new user who posts and never returns, I think we need to wait to see if OP does update us before we can offer any meaningful advice.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
