Buyer wants to Buy it Now, how do I do that?

I have an item which I have relisted. A buyer has messaged me to say she  and was out and forgot to bid when the item ended and wants to buy the item now. Im happy for her to do so as I start my listings at a price Im happy to accept.

Is there a way to do that? Is the only way to end the auction and relist as a BIN which will cost me a listing fee or is there another way to let her bid then end the auction?

The easiest way is to revise the listing to add allow offers, then let buyer know to make an offer and when you accept it then auction will finish.

if you simply add a BIN to an auction ,  firstly it will have to be considerably higher than start price, and you will pay a listing fee.
