I bought a pet item from an Etsy business? Seller , who looked good on paper. It was something called a snuffle mat, a plastic grid with strips of fleece fabric knotted in, so you can hide small treats ( eg for dogs either dementia) for stimulation.
When it arrived today it was ingrained with pet hair , amongst tne strips of fleece fabric knotted-yuk!
I contacted the seller and she’s just tried side stepping . I told her it’s disgusting and I won’t have it in my home.
Firstly claimed she’s no idea how there are white long dog hairs as she doesn’t have white dogs.. then I decided to zoom in on her listing and yes you’ve guessed it, her listing has white long hairs all over it. I took screenshots.
Other than Etsy how should I deal with this. I don’t like being lied to and taken for a fool.
I’m not sending this piece of **** back as it’s dirty. I do not want it.
When I pointed out her actual listing ( a different coloured item ) is covered with dog hair , she tried tne “ in my studio there are all sorts of materials” , then later said she doesn’t sell items for free.

I would scroll down and choose item not as described/ defective.

As the previous poster wrote, you must return the item once the seller give you a postage label.

If you want a refund just return it and leave appropriate feedback.

You can't refuse to send it back and still expect a refund.
I know that, I was just so affronted they sent me this .

I’ve never bought from them before. I don’t know how to locate the purchase in order to open a case . It doesn’t seem to be listed in my main account t?
