So called new item arrives covered in pet hair . What action to take

I bought a pet item from an Etsy business? Seller , who looked good on paper. It was something called a snuffle mat, a plastic grid with strips of fleece fabric knotted in, so you can hide small treats ( eg for dogs either dementia) for stimulation. When it arrived today it was ingrained with pet hair , amongst tne strips…

I don't know if it's possible on Etsy but some sites let you order as a guest. Maybe find the confirmation e-mail you received fit the order and see if that has any options?
