Item not Received .. EVRI .. label bought through eBay

I have just had a message about an item I sold nearly a month ago. It has not been received.
It was posted off nearly a month ago.
I used the courier EVRi. but the label was purchased through the eBay system. The tracking number, uploaded directly by ebay has the information shown below (see image)
I suppose I should refund the buyer now, but who do I claim against .. ebay or EVRi ?
Previously I used to buy direct from EVRi, but now everything is done via the ebay label system
thank you

Can you please clarify whether this was a simple delivery label, or whether you purchased your own label on Evri via the eBay label page?If it was a simple delivery label supplied by eBay then they’d eal with it entirely and Will refund the buyer and release your money. If you self bought the label then you need to refund the buyer and make your claim via Evri.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Incidentally if this was a self bought label then you’re not required to use the eBay system, you can by pass it and go straight to Evri as usual.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. It was a label I purchased through eBay ... not a prepaid label via Simple Delivery.
I have raised an inquiry with EVRi and messaged the buyer, stating that if i do not receive any good news in 24 hours I will refund0 -
