eBay has not paid me what they owe me

I never was a big seller on eBay, just an occasional sale here and there over the past 26 years having an account on eBay. Even as a buyer I did not buy too many items on ebay, but I do have a 200+ all positive feedback from all the decades of mostly small purchases.
One day I decided I wanted to sell a cheap item on eBay to check the progress at eBay's messy interface. Their interface is especially confusing where the sales listing is interrupted by other sellers items and it is hard to even understand and find what condition of the item is. I sold that item and it was a $1 item just as a test sale and the rest of the amount was registered mail delivery charges totalling just under $7.
eBay kept that $7 of my money almost 2 years ago. I sold an item and delivered it to the USA with proof of delivery. Ebay then created some fake situation with my login stating that it wasn't me who was logging into my ebay account and demanded all kinds of documents from me, such as my passport, my driver's license, my power and water bills etc. etc. Knowing that eBay has been sued for stalking its customers (public case available on the internet) I refused to provide my private documents to eBay. Their support stated that even if I don't provide the docs to eBay I will still be paid the outstanding money (just under $7) after 6 months have passed after I delivered the lot to the buyer, but that has never happened and it's been almost 2 years since eBay kept my money.
Ebay went the extra steps and blocked me from their forums and using my eBay account even though I did not break any rules, and instead, they did break the rules and did not pay me what they owe me. Gladly the amount is just $7. I hope Pierre Omidyar's well known enterprise enriches himself with my $7.

Give the mention of $ is this something from USA?
Given you failed to provide the documents requested to prove you ID, then it is normal for a company to withhold funds.
They are hardly going to provide them to a fraudster, then have the account holder come back about it.Life in the slow lane1 -

Why have you posted the exact same (complete with accusation of eBay stalking customers) as your previous thread?2

Because I am a newbie on here I am not yet allowed to post links, but you guys can search online for "ebay isn't paying a lot of sellers, beware..." and many other posts. eBaY blocks me from participating and even reading on their forums, but I'm sure you will find a lot of information incriminating eBaY in many issues, including criminal and civil charges, hijacking of trademark(s) etc. etc.
I'm a frequent buyer of all kinds of goods and services, but am not an eBaY customer and will never be. So anything you sell on eBaY will not be sold to me. There are also too many consumers (buyers) on eBaY who need hand holding to say it mildly. I don't find that venue safe for sellers or buyers, especially for buyers.0 -
Just to make you aware, you can still point us to sources if you put spaces in the links.0

Specifically regarding your allegation of "eBay has been sued for stalking its customers (public case available on the internet)", I also looked for that case.
I do not believe the people who sued eBay were customers.
eBay to pay $3 million after couple became the target of harassment, stalking - CBS News
They appear to publish a news website focusing on players in the e-commerce industry.
I think eBay behaved appallingly.
But your allegation of eBay stalking customers is clearly untrue.
Unless you have other proof of eBay stalking actual customers.SunMoonStars888 said:Because I am a newbie on here I am not yet allowed to post links, but you guys can search online for "ebay isn't paying a lot of sellers, beware..." and many other posts. eBaY blocks me from participating and even reading on their forums, but I'm sure you will find a lot of information incriminating eBaY in many issues, including criminal and civil charges, hijacking of trademark(s) etc. etc.

I am a buyer and seller on eBay and have been for over 20 years.
I do not need my hand holding when buying from eBay.
I agree a lot of people seem to need hand holding when buying anything on-line, not just from eBay (based on the number of threads about being scammed by companies in China).
I find eBay a safe place, both as a buyer and a seller.
It's clear you have an issue with eBay.
But that doesn't mean other people have.
