DHL telephone number

Options
Would be grateful if anyone can point me in the direction of a contact telephone number for DHL to speak with a person.

A parcel was supposed to be delivered today. I got a tracking text which now states that they've tried to deliver and couldn't gain access and that they couldn't deliver to the neighbour. I've been sat in a room that looks out over my open driveway and no-one has even approached the house. Every time I've heard an engine or vehicle door I've looked out but no courier.

The website doesn't recognise the reference number that I was provided with (doesn't start DHL....). The online chat hasn't helped by not recognising the reference number.

It's a food related item for a party this weekend. The update states that it'll be delivered on Tuesday - too late!

Many thanks for any assistance.

    "Local call rates apply"

A distinct "local rate" hasn't existed since 2004.

Calls to UK geographic 01 and 02 numbers and to non-geographic 03 numbers are inclusive in allowances on landlines and mobiles or otherwise charged at your phone provider's geographic rate.

Appreciate this is an oldish post thats been dug up for some reason just to comment on telephone pricing structures but for the benefit of any future viewer, DHL runs more than one service and they may as well be totally different companies as everyone is siloed into one service and they use different systems, staff, depots etc and dont talk to each other at all.

We used to be next door to a DHL depot but all our DHL delivered parcels came from Dartford 19 miles away because the senders were using DHL Express, the depot wouldnt even take in parcels as a neighbour. One time they delivered a large heavy parcel to the wrong address, only 400m away but didnt have anything to move it that distance and again they sent some from Dartford to pick it up and redeliver it rather than from the DHL depot next to us wich was under 400m from where it had been dropped and 3m from us.
